I have worked with a wide variety of clients dealing with a range of symptoms in different theraputic settings. I enjoy working with different clients from adults to kids and individual, families, couples and groups and I believe we can all learn from each other. I enjoy offering my experiences and skills to help others better understand themselves, their relationships and the world we live in. I understand that life challenges, both big and small, can affect people’s mood and productivity.
I am caring, compassionate, understanding and a great listener. I provide a very safe, non-judgmental and caring space for clients to explore the challenges they are faced with.
I am trained in an array of modalities including Psychodynamic, Relational, Gestalt, Cognitive behavioral, and Mindfulness. I tend to pull from many modalities to create an integrated and tailored treatment plan for my clients. I am a facilitator for Thinking for a Change, a 24 week life skills group, where participants can learn new skills to build better relationships with others. My goal is to assist my clients and work collaboratively in learning skills to help them live the life they want.
